經歷過時代轉變的63多年,
體驗著普洱茶文化的興盛,鐵觀音文化的變遷,所以我們擇善固執地保存中國茶學美德,熱心保育工夫茶藝文化,同時舉辦茶藝課程分享茶藝經驗,悉心指導栽培,承傳茶學。茶舍更研發令傳統工夫茶更純正穩定的技術,透過專業的沖泡技巧,不論陳年普洱或工夫茶,每一片茶葉都可發揮得淋漓盡致。

Gong Fu Teahouse has experienced the change of decades for 60 years, taking part the rise and fall of Pu’er tea culture, and also the transition of oolong tea culture. Therefore, we would like to use the best method to preserve Chinese Tea Arts moral value, to cultivate Gong Fu Tea Arts culture enthusiastically, and to carry out Tea Arts workshop to share Tea Arts Experience. It guides students with care and cultivation, and also inherits Tea Science. It innovates a technique making traditional Gong Fu Tea more pure and stable. Using professional brewing method, no matter are Aged Pu’er or Gong Fu Tea, would bring every piece of tea leaf to reachits best quality.
